I agree! Criticism may be difficult to receive (most of us subconsciously feel we are basically the best) but I have learned that those who love you the most will offer it in an attempt to help you.
You still rock on your feet! But I always thought you were just energetic (hard to contain lightning in a bottle!) and it has never distracted me personally.
